When I first worked for CN in North Bay at the tender age of 16, John & I would talk on the phone almost daily. John was working for Johns-Manville at the time and would call for carload rates on their products. John was a big help to me and I never forgot that. Later in life, John was neighbours with friends of ours and we always managed to have a few laughs when we met. I will never forget him. May God rest his soul.
