I was truly hurt to hear this sad news. I had a great fondness for Aunt Lorena growing up. She always wore a smile and was really a happy person to be around. William and I recall with fondness our little trip up to North Bay to visit with Jack & Lorena. It was William's first visit to meet them, and they both made us feel so welcome, as always!! Lorena's cooking, wonderful lunches & suppers, William talked about it for months afterwards. Jack took William and Carl fishing, we visited at Julie's lakehouse, as well as David's home. But it was Lorena's "lunch spreads" that William was so impressed by; the homemade pickles, jams, salads, sandwiches. Awesome!!! We will miss you, Aunt Lorena!! Love always, Robyn.
