Edward William "Ed" Wunsch

Passed away on Sunday, June 20^th, 2021 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of 54 years to the late Althea (nee Lageer). Dear father of Peter Wunsch and Patti Wunsch. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Andrew and Ashley. Survived by his brother Bob and predeceased by his siblings Ernie, Henry, and Marjorie. Ed owned and operated Wunsch Forest Products in the Mattawa Area for many years. He was well known for his garden, and often shared its bounty. Ed was a faithful member of the Eau Claire Missionary Church. Due to the COVID restriction a Private Family Service will be held at the Eau Claire Missionary Church. Donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation (Renal Unit) will be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Ed’s family would like to say a special thank you to the NBRHC Kidney Care Clinic staff and the nurses on B3, for the care and compassion given.
