It's hard to face that my Gramma's passed on already. So many times when I talked to her she kept telling me she's getting old and life is harder but wouldn't believe her! I'll always remember her as being full of life and all the great times we spent on the lake when I was a kid, out on the boat and feeding the ducks. We have so many memories with both our grandparents in North Bay and even in their old place in Florida. We used to make Gramma laugh so hard she could barely breathe, and stayed up late playing cards and watching movies. She was such a good cook too... I'll miss you so much Gramma. Hugs and kisses. Xoxo

Dear Uncle Lyle; My deepest sympathies to you at this difficult time. You and Aunt Doreen were always so kind to everyone and opened your home and hearts to all. I will always remember the good times we all shared what seems so many years ago. It was always so exciting to visit Aunt Doreen and Uncle Lyle as we all knew we would have so much fun. You with that great smile and Aunt Doreen with her little laugh. My prayers are with you Uncle Lyle in your time of sorrow. My love to you and the boys, Marlene

Kevin and Alan, I am so sorry for your loss. I have very happy memories of the time spent at the cottage in Charlton with you both, Aunt Doreen and Uncle Lyle. Aunt Doreen was such a kind lady, and always welcomed everyone. She was a small lady with a big heart and warm smile. She and mom used to have many good laughs together. She was especially proud of her boys for good reason. I know you will miss her dearly, but heaven is happy to receive another angel such as Aunt Doreen. My thoughts and prayers are with you both. Marlene

I have numerous great memories of Aunt Doreen (& Uncle Lyle) and there boys (my cousins Alan & Kevin). Dating back to the 60's in Charlton, Ontario where my grandparents home was (Aunt Doreen's parents) and all of Aunt Doreen's family would gather there...lots of good times! I also remember there home in Haileybury so well and good times had there. My Mom and Dad (Marg & Elmer Dool, Aunt Doreen's brother) went to visit Aunt Doreen & Uncle Lyle in there home in Woodbrook Estates in Lakeland, Florida in the late 80's. My Mom and Dad loved it so much they bought a place there as well...they were there for many years and made numerous friends and made many great memories. Many great times were had. Aunt Doreen, Uncle Lyle and my Mom and Dad were involved in everything there...whenever I would go visit there was never a dull moment. My Mom and Aunt Doreen were in a band called the Tin Lizzies and had a ball. I have many fond memories of Aunt Doreen. She will truly be missed by so many...our thoughts are with Uncle Lyle, Alan, Lise, Kevin and Lorraine at this difficult time. Rest in peace Aunt Doreen!

My dear grandmother with whom I share a middle name is now gone from this earth. My sorrow is deep and the pain of loss immeasurable. I wish that our Lacharity family and friends can find comfort in our shared grief, and courage to face the days ahead. Our loving memories will forever be held in our hearts.
