YOUNG - Ean Frank

At the Peterborough Regional Health Center, on Friday, January 17, 2014. Ean Young, beloved husband of Patricia H. "Pat" (nee Souter), in his 87th year. Proud and loving father of Kathleen of Lakefield, Karen Spence (Paul) of Moose Factory, Scott Young (Luda) of Barrie and Kelly Young (Bob Wice) of North Bay. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Miller, Ashton and Keegan. He was predeceased by his sister Helen Morley. Ean was a long time employee of the Ministry of Transportation, retiring as a supervisor in the Legal Surveys department. In his retirement he was an avid golfer and enjoyed time with his family and friends. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. A Memorial Service to celebrate Ean's life will be held in the Calvin Presbyterian Church on Thursday, January 23rd, at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Calvin Presbyterian Church will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
