Dear Linda: Our condolences to you and your family. It was with great sadness that I heard of the passing of Danny. All of the children living in the "valley" grew up as one happy family. Our homes were open and welcoming to all of the kids around. We were all so lucky to be part of that era. So many happy memories with Danny! Love, laughter and joy are some of the attributes that he has left behind. Please know that his memory will always have a special place in our hearts. Dear Linda, and family. So, so sorry at the news of your loss of a husband, dad and grandpa, and our loss of a great friend, at a time in his life when he was so obviously happy and living his dream. Shocked and saddened to hear of Dan's passing. Shocked because I remember Dan as being such an outstanding athlete in whatever games he competed in. While my sister was standing in line at the grocery store Danny came up behind her and gave her a kick. When she turned around Danny realized that it wasn't me and he started to apologize. After he realizes she was my sister he told her to give me a slap the next time she say me.
