McISAAC: Howard "Doc"
Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Saturday, January 14th, 2017. Howard John Arthur McIsaac, was the beloved husband of the late Beatrice Claire "Betty" (nee Chouinard), he was 84 years old. Loving father of Tom McIsaac (Jasmine) of Mattawa. Proud and loving grandfather of Adrien, Daniel, Jaxon, Elijah and Harper. Dearly loved brother of Marina (Ernest), Joseph (Darlene) and by his sister-in-law Shirley Roy (Albert). Doc was predeceased by his parents John and Virginia McIsaac and by his siblings Richard, Tom, Celia, Vivian, Joan, Carmen, Lena, Cyril and Marion. Doc will be remembered by his community of Mattawa, for his infectious smile and his story telling. A celebration of life will be held at St. Anne's Church in Mattawa on Tuesday, January 24th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at St. Anne's Cemetery later in the spring. If desired, donations to St. Anne's Church (cheques only) will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
