Deschene, Blanche Annie
Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, July 15th, 2016, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Eddy Deschene. Cherished mother of Robert Deschene (Kathleen), Allan Deschene and Joanne Smart (Doug). Proud grandmother of Jennifer (Kevin), Darryl (Jenny), Daniel, Andreà€ (Ron), Darren, Dana and 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Blanche will be sadly missed by her siblings Henry (Janine), Raymond (Wilma predeceased), Donald (Ruth), Sidney, Leonard (Norma), Earl (Kathy), Richard (Kim), Ruth, Betty (Jerry), Lucy (Calvin), her sister in laws Rose and Joan, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Blanche is predeceased by her grandson Doug, her siblings Robert "Bobby", Ronald, Kenneth, Annette, Kathleen, Marie, her sister in law Wilma, brother in laws Eli and Rolland and her closest friends Ella and Grace. Family will receive friends at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 12 noon until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium. If desired, donations to Northern Cancer Research would be gratefully appreciated.
