CLARKE, (Edythe) Betty
With the heaviest of hearts the family of Betty Clarke, announces her peaceful passing at the North Bay General Hospital on September 25 following a brief illness. She was the loving wife of Jack Clarke. Betty was born on March 16, 1924 in Burk's Falls and moved to North Bay as a child, she was the longest living resident on Olive Street. She was predeceased by her parents Hilda Alice and Percy Albert Schell and stepmother Edith Schell, and first husband Joseph Maxwell (Pete) Hall. Betty leaves behind her loving and supportive husband Jack, sons John Hall (Joyce) and Ean Clarke, daughters Kathy Gardiner (Gerry) and Sandra Hall (Archie Robillard). Also sadly missed by granddaughters Linda Gardiner, Kelly Farran (Amjad), Tracey Mascioli (Brandon Wilson), Kristie Mascioli and Terri Clarke, grandsons Jeremy Hall (Pam), Jamie Gardiner (Zoe), Jeffery Hall (Joanna), Dylan Clarke and Zachary Clarke, great granddaughters Leah Gardiner, Courtney Hall, Paige Hall, Jenna Hall and Dalia Farran, greatgrandsons Jayden Hall and Will Gardiner. Survived by sisters Dutchy Brass (Helen) and Judy (Walter) McFarlane, brothers Bob Willis and Chuck Schell (Donna), and longtime neighbour Lina LaVictoire. Predecesed by brothers Gord Schell, William Schell "Bud", Fred Willis , Gord Willis and sisters Jean Dmetrichuk and Shirley (Mike) Mainville. Wife, Proud Mom, Gramma and GreatGramma, Sister, and Friend. She will live on fondly and forever in our hearts and minds.
