One of the finest Marines I ever met. I met Dean in 1983 when we both taught Air Traffic Control in Memphis. He was my NCOIC, a neighbor and friend. A great husband to his wife Shirley, father to Shaun and the ultimate Marine. I'll miss him greatly.
