Dear Linda, Jackie and Diane Thinking of you this morning as you say final goodbye's to your dear Mom. Mae was always so welcoming to us whenever we would be at your house. She will be missed by all of you and us but she also left behind many GOOD memories as well as her great strength in all of you. I remember the many happy times I enjoyed at your house. Your Mom always welcomed me even when I had had toooo much to drink. On one occasion, she put me to bed so that I wouldn't get behind the wheel and drive off. Due to a previous commitment on Tuesday evening, I cannot attend her funeral. For all of us, Myself, Jason and Josee, all of our visits to Gramma's house in Mattawa were all good times. She was also so welcoming and eager to hear us tell her about ourselves living in Ottawa. She loved to talk about when we were a family of four and especially all the good times with Guy. She had such a vivid memory and could retell a simple situation in such a way you felt you were living it again. Gramma was such a good listener and never judge anyone. To us she was the ideal Gramma and she will always remain in our hearts. God bless you Gramma. We will always remember you!
