Obituary of Zoel Soucy

SOUCY: Zoel Joseph Passed away peacefully at the Algonquin Nursing Home on Thursday, February 2nd, 2012. Zoel was the beloved husband of Irene Bouchard (nee L’heureux), he was 91 years old. Loving father of Marcel Bouchard (Vicky), Jean-Guy Bouchard (Hugette), Gaetanne Bouchard (Serge), Marie Turcotte (Marcel), Daniel Bouchard (Monique), Andre Bouchard (Beatrice), Claudette Bouchard (Sylvan), Doreen Oullette (Curt), Rene Bouchard (Carla) and Mike Bouchard (Brenda). He will be lovingly remembered by his 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Zoel was one on 16 children and he is survived by 3 siblings. Zoel’s family will receive friends at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, February 11th from 9:30 am until time for a Memorial Service at St. Anne’s at 11:00 am. If desired, donation to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Martyn & Sloan “Mattawa Chapel”.
