Obituary of Doreen Lois Sparling

SPARLING: Doreen Lois Passed away peacefully at the age of 85, at the North Bay Regional Health Center on Monday, December 19, 2011. Doreen (nee Stinson) was the beloved wife of the late Clarence “Spar” Sparling. “Loving” mother of Wayne of Vancouver, Ronnie of Victoria, Cheryl Stacey and her husband Dennis of Kitchener and Holly Cleroux and her husband Bob of Nepean. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kelly and his wife Krista, Kristopher, Shawn, Courtney and her great grandson Dylan. Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 27th from 7-9:00 PM and Wednesday, December 28th from 11:00 am until time for a Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM. Cremation to follow with interment in the Family Plot at the Terrace Lawn Cemetery. Doreen’s family would like to thank Dr. Margaret Paul, the emergency room staff and the Nursing Staff of A3, for there gentle care and assistance. If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
