My family and I live in Nipissing, Rick had become part of our northern family. We just found out yesterday, and cannot convey how sorry we are, and what a loss we feel. He was always kind to children, and so passionate about his work. I hope that we only offered him a fraction of the friendship that he gave to us. We will never forget him,and will always be in our hearts

On Saturday, I heard about the sudden loss of your brother. I wish to express my deepest sympathies. I was unable to attend to the funeral due to Carly''s 1st Communion, however, my thoughts were and continue to be with you during this sad and difficult time. My heart goes out to you, your family and friends. He will be remembered for his kindness, laughs, and great sense of humour.

Although no words can really help to ease your loss, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer. We can''t imagine how difficult it must be to see past the sadness but may looking back at all the wonderful memories of Rick help comfort you and give you strength. We shared lots of fun times and good laughs with Rick...he was a great, fun-loving, and caring person and we will cherish his memory always.
