Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, on Saturday, April 3, 2010, in her 31st year. Beloved wife of Michael Lowes and extraordinary mother of Oliviah. Dearly loved daughter of Wendy MacKenzie of North Bay and Al Chandra?s family will receive friends in the Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld Street North Bay) on Tuesday, April 13th from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. and on Wednesday from 11:30 am until time for a service to Celebrate Chandra?s life in the Funeral Home Chapel on WedChandra, you will be loved & missed forever!
