Passed away peacefully in her 64th year surrounded by her loving and adoring family. Peggy was the daughter of the late Cecil Russell, sister of the late Jane (Bruce Burns) and Ted (Sylvia) of Toronto. Peggy is survived by her mother Margaret (late FrankA memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall on Anita Avenue on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 2 P.M. Donations to the North Bay & District Association for Community Living in Peggy?s memory would be greatly appreciated.
