Obituary of Gerald Andrew Laplante

LAPLANTE, GERALD 'JERRY' At the North Bay General Hospital on Friday May 15, 2009. Dear husband of Sharon Rose (nee Cooper). Loving father of Benjamin (Rae-Anna Gardner), Timothy (Kathrine Camirand) and Emily (fiancée Luc Chartrand). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Jairie, Tason, Savannah and Peyton. Predeceased by his father Domina Laplante. Survived by his mother Marguerite and brothers and sisters Richard Corbeil (Allison), Richard Laplante, Michael Laplante (Giselle), Yvonne Godin (Bernard), Greg Laplante (Wendy), Chris Laplante (Darlene) and Colleen Hebert. Also survived by Sharon's family; Michael Cooper, Mary Lynn Vernon (Paul) and Patricia Groff (David) and many nieces and nephews. Jerry is dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all of his family at Gateway Pentecostal Church. Friends may call at the Gateway Pentecostal Church on Jerry's birthday, Tuesday May 19th, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday at 11 am. Interment to follow at the North Bay Union Cemetery.
