Edna James passed away peacefully on Saturday December 13, 2008 in her 94th year. She was predeceased by her husband Ross C. James in 1998, by her mother Ida Hill (nee Beckett) , her father Herbert Hill, sisters Thelma Hill, Phyllis Neilson, Iva BlancharFriends may call at the Martyn & Sloan ?Mattawa Chapel? on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Wednesday at St. Alban?s Church from 10-11 am. The funeral service will follow at 11 am. A spring interment will be held at the Calvin Township Cemetery. If desired donations to St. Alban?s Church or the charity of your choice will be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
