Peacefully at his home in North Bay surrounded by his family on September 25, 2007 at the age of 82. Gord will be greatly missed by his wife Mary (nee Gallivan), his two sons Alex (Ottawa) and Ian (North Bay), daughters-in-law Lynette Johnson and Carolyn Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home (across from city hall) on Friday from noon to 1 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1 pm. A reception will follow in the Martyn Funeral Home reception centre. A private family interment wilMemorial donations may be made to One Kid's Place (regional Children's Treatment Centre).
