Courageously and with dignity, surrounded by her family on Sunday September 24th, 2006. Mel, loving wife and best friend of Lawrence Novack for over 54 years. Devoted mother of Claudette Fricker (husband Gord). The Proudest Memere of D?Arcy Sloan (wifeFriends may call at MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday September 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne?s Parish, Mattawa on Wednesday September 27th at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow, with interment of ashes at St. Theresa?s Cemetery, A donation to the Society of the Little Flower Mount Carmel Monastery, or the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.?I will let fall from Heaven a Shower of Roses? ?
