Obituary of Grace Elizabeth Briggs

Briggs, Grace Elizabeth Passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, August 18, 2017, she was in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Nelson Briggs. Loving mother of Marjorie and her husband Bill Duncan of Owen Sound, Doug Briggs and his wife Cathy and Robert Briggs both of North Bay. She will be lovingly remembered by her 4 grandchildren Sheri Jantzen (Ernie), Jennifer Duncan-Brown (Al), David Briggs (Samantha), Ian Briggs and 4 great grandchildren Gregory Jantzen, Nathan Brown, Connor Brown and Peter Briggs. Grace was predeceased by her parents John and Marjorie Kerney and by her brother John. A special thank you to the staff at Cassellholme, Marina Point, Para med, the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their wonderful care towards Grace and her family. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation - Breast Cancer or Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
