I have many memories of conversations with Peggy over the years, but one that will always stand out to me is one from years ago in which I exclaimed “Holy crap!”
She quickly responded in her delicate birdlike voice “There’s nothin’ holy about crap Melodie.”
I’m sure you can hear her saying it can’t you?!
We laughed, we cried, and we prayed when we chatted. A dear friend, I will miss Peggy until I see her again. Until that day, I will remember her fondly with love and respect. ❤️
