Obituary of Yvonne Dalton
In loving memory of Yvonne Dalton, who peacefully passed away on September 24, 2024, at Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
Yvonne is survived by her children David, Lori, and Debbie (Robert), and was a loving grandmother to Michael (Emily), Joseph, Tori (Josh), Liam and Ribbon.
She was predeceased by her grandson Dawson and granddaughter Drew. She is survived by the father of her children, Bill.
Yvonne was a cherished great-grandmother to many and will be deeply missed by her extended family and best friend Dawn (Leif).
Yvonne was known for her boundless love for everyone she met. Born in Newfoundland, she spent the first half of her life there, embodying the qualities of an excellent mother and grandmother who would do anything for her family. She was affectionate, caring, and loved unconditionally.
She was known for her sharp mind, and exceptional memory, never forgetting a birthday.
As per Yvonne's wishes, cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the cancer society. Yvonne’s legacy of love, kindness, and warmth will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
If you catch sight of a blue butterfly, remember that it may just be a loving sign from Yvonne.
