Obituary of Hilda Beverly Sullivan

It is with heavy heart that we must announce the passing of our mother, Hilda Sullivan, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the age of 87.

Hilda was the beloved wife of Ken Sullivan, mother to Wayne, Allan, and Colleen, and Nana to Wilson and Dillon.

Mom was born in Rutherglen. She moved to North Bay after marriage, where she raised a very happy family. She was a devoted mother, understanding and empathetic, always willing to laugh. She was also very active with the Omond Memorial United Church, helping with their social and charitable projects. Hilda improved many people's lives, and we thank her for that.

Hilda will be sadly missed by her siblings, Elaine (Harvey), Wyona (Eddie), and Randal (Sally). She was predeceased by Janet (Carmen), Alice (Allan), Margaret (Patrick), Joyce (Murray) and Clifford (Linda).

A service will be held at Omond Memorial United Church on Friday, May 31, at 12 noon, followed by interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
