I am so sorry to hear about Jaycub's passing. He was a student of mine when he was in grade 1. Even at a young age he was always such a keen learner and kind person, showing real empathy for others. My deepest condolences to all his loved ones. I am sure he will be sorely missed.

Despite his short time with us, Jaycub touched the lives and hearts of many. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family and doting partner. After an uphill battle fought with grit, strength, and resilience, Jaycub is laid peacefully to rest, where he will reunite with his loved ones in the future once more. Jaycub was a son, a grandson, a brother, a partner, a friend - Jaycub occupied many roles and his absence will be felt by innumerable souls. Jaycub had a passion for music and gaming, and enjoyed spending free time camping where he loved. He was known for many traits, including persistent resilience and determination. He exhibited great strength and willpower in the hurdles he encountered throughout his too-short life. He was full of compassion, love, and a giving spirit. Jaycub exhibited character traits including forgiveness, hopefulness and honesty. Jaycub had a mind and soul beyond his short years, and filled the hearts and spirits of his loved ones with presence alone. Jaycub deeply touched the lives and souls of all he encountered and will continue to live on in our hearts and our minds. He will be deeply missed and memories alongside him cherished.
