Obituary of Diane Geraldine Lamarre

After a brief illness at the Mattawa Hospital on Monday March 18, 2024. Predeceased by her husband Ernie in 2015. Loving mother of Nicki (Nicole) Mayhew, Diana Mayhew (Guy Boulanger), Jessica Lamarre, Joshua Lamarre (Ashley Perrin), Ryan Lamarre. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Corey Adams, Daniel Adams, Jayde Mayhew (Dominique Contant), Travis Marleau (Angel Sarrazin), Peyton Lamarre, Lucas Lamarre, Jordyn Lamarre, Connor Lamarre and great grandchild Mateo Adams-Godoy. Survived by 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Diane was loved by all who knew her and will be sadly missed. Friends may call at the Martyn & Sloan ‘Mattawa Chapel’ on Saturday from 12 to 2 pm. Prayers will follow in the funeral home at 2 pm. After the services, cremation will take place followed by a burial of Diane’s ashes with her husband at St. Anne’s Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
