Obituary of Marion Randall Wheeler

Marion Randall (Smith) Wheeler reluctantly left Sunday for her last adventure on Earth. By her own words, a life well lived, but now taken far too soon. Cancer and a myriad of sometimes unrelated misfortunes combined to overpower her.

Mourned by her soulmate and husband Don, her sons Andrew and James, their spouses Tanya and Nicola, four loving grandchildren Sierra, Calvin, Ella and Jack and brother Ralph and family she leaves a big hole in many lives.

The quality of care and compassion with which she was treated was outstanding. The staff in three hospitals, Sudbury, Parry Sound and North Bay, and the Home and Community Care personnel were seamless in their contribution to her well being. Doctors Abysinghe and Preston and their teams were also tireless in their efforts to keep her comfortable throughout her experience.

And thanks to so many others for your assistances. You know who you are.
