I am so sorry to her of Maureen's passing. She was a great school chum right through high school. Always kind and considerate of others. All those she taught were so lucky to have her as their teacher. She enjoyed reminiscing about families in the Federal residential area in Kirkland Lake. I would be visiting in North Bay and Kirkland Lake this summer and was looking forward to seeing her again.
My condolences to Ted and family. Such a great loss to the family and the community.

Dear Ted and Family:
I was so very sorry to hear of Maureen's passing. It was so much fun to talk to her as she was always so lively and engaging. Her chocolate mint bars were, and ever shall be, legendary. She was a bright light that shone on everyone. Heaven has gained an angel, and we are all made poorer by it.
With heartfelt sympathy at this difficult time,
Dayna Denley

I am truly grateful to have so many happy memories of Maureen! In September of 2019 Maureen and I took a bus trip together with our Living Fit group. We travelled to Shamrock Lodge on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Joseph in Rosseau. Our trip included stops in Port Carling, Bala, and Huntsville. I was fortunate to spend three days travelling and exploring with Maureen.
Maureen was generous and loyal. She was a wonderful friend. She loved her family fiercely, and she absolutely cherished her grandchildren. Maureen is memorable for many reasons, but what stands out the most is her generosity. I remember Maureen for the many ways in which she helped others.
We were very sorry to hear of Maureen's passing. Ted and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May God bless you with comfort and peace.
With love and deepest sympathy,
Kelly, Lawrence, and Emma Potts

in 1983 I was working with Ted in the Water Survey North Bay office as temporary help. i was alone in a town I didn't know much about. Ted approached me to come to dinner one night, something his wife Maureen insisted upon. Dinner was fabulous and Maureen made me feel right at home throughout the night. We met a few other times after that, only briefly, but always with her warm smile. Thank you for making my life that much better.
