Uncle Randy was so caring, witty and also had a sense of humor.
When he visited us in Florida, the family had a wonderful time with him. Never forget my birthday and always call and say funny jokes.
We will certainly miss you.
Rest In Peace, Nadia Khouri

My deepesy condolences to Randy's faily & friends. As a long time member of Emmanuel United Church, Randy was always pleasant to talk to & a good natured person. I remember him talking to me about being a Clown which he truly enjoyed.

I had the privilege of working with Randy at the North Bay pump house. He was always kind, considerate and supportive.
Randy was a devoted husband, Mason, Shriner and colleague. He was also a member of Toastmasters and the St. John’s Brigade.
We had the pleasure of “Mabe the Clown” attend a couple of our children’s birthday parties where he entertained both children and adults alike.
He was a good friend; however, we lost touch after our family moved from North Bay.
You will be missed Randy by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.
My sincere condolences to your family! May you Rest In Peace.

Dear Uncle Randy~ The news of your passing represents a very sad moment - as it initiates a reflection on many happy times in my life. On my first visit to Toronto, my (late) father, Romeo, and I stayed at your home on Ellesmere Rd. That remains a very exciting memory. Then, you facilitated my visit to North Bay - where you met your Dear Janice - when I revisited Canada on a student exchange shortly thereafter. That too was a thrilling experience. You were always a fond presence in my parent's home. I pray - that by your many earthly works of charity - you are welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven, and re-united with all those who loved you. Rest In Peace, Dear Uncle. God Bless, Trevor (de Freitas)

Uncle Rannie was simply awesome!! He was witty, sharp, had a memory like an elephant, and loved by all of us. He never forgot any of our birthdays; for sure you could expect a call from Uncle Rannie. The last time we saw him was seven years ago when he and his brother, Uncle Romeo, came to Florida to help us celebrate my Mom's birthday, their sister, Elaine. We have lovely memories from that visit. I spoke with Uncle Rannie about three weeks ago. I always told him I was his favorite niece; he would laugh. What a lovely human being he was. Love you, Uncle; rest in peace with all the family.
