Obituary of William Roger Moulton

Peacefully, with his loving wife by his side, at North Bay Regional Health Centre, North Bay on Friday, January 13, 2023, in his 83rd year.

Beloved husband of Nancy Lee Moulton (née Alcock) for 61 years.  Loving father of Laurie Lee, Brent William, Son-in-law Mark Hall and Daughter-in-law Dawn Ernteman. Loving grandfather of Lauren Lee McGruthers, Luc William Moulton and Kaitie Lee Hall. Survived by his sister Loraine.  Predeceased by his brother Ross. 

Bill loved to be on the road. In the winter he followed his passion for skiing. In summer he golfed and travelled from coast to coast in Canada. He supported his joy of the road through his long-time active support of the Cancer Society as he drove cancer patients between North Bay and Sudbury.

Bill loved his work at Bell Canada. But more importantly he loved the people with whom he worked and the lifelong friendships he made. He was also a supporter of the Bell Telephone Pioneers. 

Most importantly, Bill loved his family.  He always put the good of others ahead of himself. 

Special thanks to our North Bay family and friends who have gone above and beyond supporting Bill and Nancy in the past months. 

A funeral will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at St. Brice’s Anglican Church, 1225 Cassells St. North Bay, Visitation from 9:00am – 10:00am with a service to follow at 10:00am.
