Obituary of John Frederick Barrett

We are sad to report the passing of John F. Barrett, husband of the late Freda C. Barrett (nee Wright) on Tuesday December 6, 2022. He will be missed by his brother and sister in law, Ted and Gloria Wright,  his nieces and nephews Andrew, Timothy (Jennifer), Stephen (Patti), Lisa, Michael, Deidre (Oliver), Shannon (Gilbert), Jason (Madelaine), Michael Barrett and Stephen Barrett as well as his many grand nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Monty Barrett and his wife Pat and by his brother-in-law Jim Wright. John spent many years in the radio room at the North Bay Police Service. He also gave a great deal of his time at many art exhibits assisting with his wife’s displays. There will be a private funeral for the family only, with a celebration of life at a later date.
