To David, Renee and Lincoln. My dear dear friend has left this world but not my memory. He was a friend, colleague and golf partner (for what that is worth) for 30+ years. His stoic manner, even after losing his darling wife Linda and, during his own illness, is an inspiration to all. I will miss him incredibly. Patrick Kelly, White Lake Ontario
