Colette C. Stewart (née Perron)

Daughter - Mom & Step-Mother – Wife – Sister – Memère – Matante – Troublemaker

January 17, 1949 – July 27, 2022

It is with great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Colette Stewart (née Perron) on July 27, 2022, surrounded by her family in the comfort of her own home.

Loving mother of Chantal Perron MacIntosh (Shawn). Cherished Memère to Breanne Perron-Butchart (Cole), Nate MacIntosh and Mack MacIntosh. Loving Step-mother to James Stewart and Allison Denomme (Darren).

Colette is now reunited with her Husband Richard J. Stewart.

Survived by her Mother Beatrice Perron Pre-deceased by her Father Gabriel Perron.

Lovingly missed by her siblings Dianne, Jean, Viviane, and Jeannine.

Predeceased by her brother Richard.

Colette was a long-time member of the Legion – Branch 23, she volunteered for several organizations and lived to sell tickets wherever she went.  She loved her Friday nights at the Voyager loving the music & dancing as long as she could. Spending time with her grandchildren, teaching the younger generation her tricks and always having treats on hand (just incase…) for everyone!

A Visitation for Colette will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St. North Bay), Another visitation will take place on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 11:00am – 1:00pm at the Martyn Funeral Home, followed by a service at 1:00pm. A private family burial will follow.

Donations in Colette’s memory may be made to the North Bay Legion Branch 23 or the Rotary and Shriners Clubs of North Bay.
