Ken Wood

With a mixture of sadness and joy the family of Kenneth William Wood announces his passing on to glory on Monday, May 16th, 2022. He was the loving husband of Patricia Judy “Pat” (née Page) for 53 years; Ken was 75 years old.  Proud father of Allison Brooks and her husband, Michael. He was the devoted grandfather to Grace. He is survived by his siblings, Don Wood (Ruth), Dian Doughty (Carmen), and Lynn Wood. And will be missed by his many sisters in law and brothers in law. Ken and his business partner Jay owned and operated Jay’s Auto Centre on Lakeshore Drive for many years. His family would like to thank the North Bay Regional Health Centre staff and those that provided Home Support for their care of Ken. A Memorial Visitation for Ken will be held at the Bethel Gospel Chapel (781 Tackaberry Dr, North Bay) on Wednesday, May 18th, from 1:00 pm until time for a Memorial Service in the Sanctuary at 2:00 pm. Cremation has taken place at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. Instead of flowers, donations to Camp Aush-Bik-Koong (www.campabk.com) would be appreciated by his family.
