Bruce passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Healthcare Centre on October 30, 2021. He was the beloved brother of Carolyn Houston (Jim). He will be sadly missed by his friends and staff at 780 Lakeshore, and his nieces, extended family and friends. Bruce was born and raised in North Bay.  After high school he headed to Toronto and then lived in Los Angeles, Clearwater, and Copenhagen before returning to his hometown. Upon returning home he worked in construction and attended college. Those who knew Bruce describe him as intelligent, kind, polite, and gentle. He was also known to many through his love of singing karaoke and dancing. He loved to read and was an avid sports fan. Bruce faced challenges to his health with courage and strength. We would like to extend a special thanks to the staff in the CCU unit of the North Bay hospital for their kindness and consideration. A Celebration of life for family and friends of Bruce will be held at Martyn Funeral Home on Saturday, November 13 at 11:00 am.  (To register to attend the Celebration of Life, please call the Martyn Funeral Home at 705-472-8810.
