He was the beloved husband for 54 years of Nancy (nee Fenwick), Wayne was 77 years old. Loving father of Cliff Valley and Shawn Valley (Lisa). Life's journey has taken him on many career paths from one side of Canada to the other. His entrepreneurial spirit and love of all things mechanical allowed him to start Val's Equipment Service. That he has grown over the last 30 years with the help of family and many loyal employees.
One of his greatest pleasures was being able to solve problems by looking at pictures sent to him by his technicians, and he would amaze them every time with solutions.
His last few years winters were spent in Florida and summers volunteering at North Bay Heritage Railroad & Carousel where he was happy to be able to have designed & supply a traincar adapted for wheelchairs. He so loved seeing all the happy faces.
His family would like to thank the team at NBRHC Renal Dept. for the years of help and support. Also, the Doctors at the Northern Shores Medical Clinic, the Nurses on C-3 at NBRHC as well as Dr. Seguin & Dr. Rosoph.
Respecting Wayne’s wishes there will be no visitation or service and a cremation will take place. If desired, donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by his family. Arrangements entrusted to the Martyn Funeral Home
