Obituary of Clement Arnold Duquette

 

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great great-grandfather Clement Arnold Duquette, on Saturday, June 27th, 2020, in his 89th year. He was the beloved husband of the late Laura Mae (nee Blay), and he is sadly missed by his special friend Claire Decaire. Survived by his children Monica (Mike) Wionzek, Connie (Barry) Robinson, Perry (Lynn), Holly (late Mike), and Barry (Diane). Predeceased by his son Daniel, and by his brothers Rene, Marcel & Gene. Dearly loved brother of Delbert (Pat), Vernon (Gloria), Donna (Ken), Warren & Lynn (Margaret). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Mathew, Angela, Derek, Megan, Andrew, Curtis, Kristy, Scott, Michael, Connor, by his 18 great-grandchildren, one great great-granddaughter, and his many nieces and nephews. Public visitation (with no family present) will be held by appointment ONLY on Wednesday, July 1st, from 5:00 – 8:30 PM. Visitation will be in 15 intervals, to book a time, please call the Martyn & Sloan “Mattawa Chapel” at 705-744-7400. During these unprecedented times, it is with regret that the family will not have a public funeral. Interment at St. Theresa’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to a Charity of your Choice would be appreciated by the family. A Special thanks to Dr. Williams & Nurses of the Mattawa General Hospital.
