To Jan's family: we are so sorry for the loss of your Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother.
Lloyd and Lorraine, our thoughts are with you at this time for the loss of your sister.
Jan was a great asset to our Friendship Force club. She participated in many outbound and inbound trips. We will especially miss her leadership for planning Mattawa Day whenever we hosted a club from another part of the world. Jan always made the whole day a lot of fun, by arranging the food, the activities, and ending up with a hoedown where everyone danced and laughed the evening away. During the evening, she would also organize a few people to work the dancing puppets while she played the Spoons to a great musical number.
Jan always had a smile on her face, whether she was kayaking or attending a meeting. She will be missed.

To Janet Family
Our sincere sympathy to all your family on behalf of all the ladies of the Catholic Women League. Janet was a woman of great faith and we'll miss her. A mass will be said in her honor. And please contact the church office secretary(Germaine) when you do have Jan's funeral mass, as we would love to honor her by having an Honor Guard for our League's Sister. Our condolences to you.

Hello!
I am Keilah A.
I would like to tell you how sorry I am for your loss! I too have lost loved ones and there are no words to write the pain so deep that you feel.
When death lashes our lives we ask ourselves: Why do these tragedies occur?
It is normal to feel distressed and there is nothing wrong with crying. However, the pain is still there and overwhelms us. That is why what the Bible says in James 1 (13) is comforting :"With bad things, no one can prove God, nor can he prove anyone." He never wanted us to die, so the Bible teaches that death is an enemy of God. And in the Bible we are taught that very soon he will repair the damage that this cruel enemy has done to us.
John 5 (28 ~ 29) says; "The voice of Jesus will be heard and they will rise again". We cannot imagine how wonderful it will be when Jehovah God gives us back our loved ones. What we can be sure of is that its purpose will be fulfilled.
