Obituary of Scott MacLean
MacLean - Donald Scott
August 6, 1958 - April 23, 2020
It is with sadness that the family announces the death of Scott MacLean on Thursday April 23, 2020. Beloved son of Ross and Jean MacLean (deceased). He will be greatly missed by his siblings Judy Blahut (Don deceased), Hal (Eunmi Lee ), Susan Beesley (Paul), and Sandi MacLean. He will forever be in the hearts of nieces & nephews Jenny Wieggers (Dave), Jon Blahut (Renee), Laura & Emma Beesley and Taylor & Anthony Rocca. Jillian, Ryan & Rowin Wieggers and Josee Blahut will always remember the special cards and surprises within. Scott always enjoyed family reunions and celebrations. His cards and treats were always the first to arrive, and his unfailing generosity and concern for others was humbling. He gave what he could to people in need. Scott was a man with a gentle soul and a huge heart.
Thanks to Dr. Achiume, Dr. K. Shaw, and all the health care workers who have cared for him through the years. Thanks also to his many caring neighbours and friends. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Donations in his memory will be gratefully accepted for Mental Health and/or the Gathering Place. Arrangements entrusted to Martin Funeral Home, 464 Wyld Street, with online condolences at www.martynfh.com
