Robert (Bob) passed away peacefully with his loved ones by his side at the North Bay Regional Health Center on Tuesday January 28, 2020, he was in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Marion Gauthier (nee Bilodeau) of Mattawa. They were about to celebrate their 61st wedding anniversary on June 13, 2020. Cherished father of Michael Gauthier (Irene), Betty Gauthier (Daniel), Brian Gauthier (Alice), Paul Gauthier (Margret). Proud grandfather of 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
As per Bob’s request, there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place at Martyn Funeral Home. If desired, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation or the Algonquin Nursing home.
