Doucette, Norah (nee Chenier)

Passed away peacefully at Algonquin Nursing Home on Sunday, June 9, 2019, she was in her 90^th year.  Beloved wife of the late Frederick Doucette (who predeceased her June 8, 1978).  Cherished mother of Edward Doucette, Marylynn Smith, Mark Doucette and Debbie Done.  Proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren.  Norah is predeceased by all of her siblings Pete Chenier Sr, Lloyd Chenier, Archie Chenier, Beatrice Chenier and Kenneth Chenier.  Family will receive friends at the MARTYN & SLOAN “Mattawa Chapel” on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  A funeral mass will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at St. Anne’s Church at 2:00 p.m. Followed by the burial at St. Anne’s Cemetery.  If desired, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
