Obituary of Helen Mary Allhusen
ALLHUSEN – Helen Mary (nee Dégagne)
Peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Center on Thursday November 15, 2018, at the age of 67, following a lengthy struggle with cancer. Helen was the beloved wife of Carl Allhusen, and the proud and loving mother of Marc Perron (Melanie) of North Bay and Monique Harris (Jamie) of Ottawa. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Justin, Sarah, Isiah, Kayla and Hailey. Also left to mourn are her brother Maurice Dégagne (Pierrette) and sisters Janet Pearce (Don) and Linda Wright (Chuck). Born and raised in North Bay Helen worked in the housekeeping department at the former North Bay General Hospital. A most loving, kind and caring person, she is also remembered as strong and courageous. She will be missed by her many friends and family. In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated. Friends may visit at Martyn Funeral Home on Monday November 19 from 11:00am until time for services in the chapel at 1:00pm. Interment of her ashes to follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
