My condolences to family and friends for your loss.
Bob was a great business man and the best landlord I've ever had. I loved that he shook hands on a deal and that was that. The paperwork followed after.
We always met in the parking lot and discussed fishing. I wished my partner and I would have made it out fishing with him.
